How to stop procrastinating and get things done TODAY!

Do you ever find yourself dragging your to do list for days? Or telling yourself you have this one task to complete but then social media gets in the way and next thing you know 3 hours of senseless scrolling have past? Been there, done that. It's called Procrastination.
We've all suffer from it but, luckily, we have gathered the best tips to help you STOP procrastinating TODAY and get back on track to your goals! 👊🏼
🥶 Surprisingly, there is some scientific proof that taking cold showers🚿 in the morning can help improve your mood and memory as well as increase your alertness and overall oxygen intake. This means more energy and less procrastination!
📜Create a to-do list and dedicate 45 minutes every day to exclusively work on this list, no distractions (aka no 📱)
⏰ If you have that one task you need to complete but don't want to (meaning you've been procrastinating on it) try the 3-2-1 method. Count down from 3 then GO! By utilizing this method, you are eliminating all the excuses that you make as to why you are not starting on this specific task. Countdown from 3, don't think about and JUST DO IT!
🙇🏻♀️The key to procrastination is FOCUS. Prioritize your tasks and choose one specific task you need to complete first. Then make a commitment to complete this one task. Plenty of times we overwhelmed ourselves by overloading ourselves with unrealistic expectations which then leads to nothing getting done. By picking one task to focus on at a time, you are prioritizing, focusing and ultimately getting things done!
🛍 How many times do we see giveaways on social media or challenges that catch our attention? Why do they attract us? Well, because usually there is a reward incentive attached to it! Have you ever caught yourself following accounts on social media or commenting on a post to be entered into a giveaway? What if you took that technique and apply it to yourself! Reward yourself with a treat every time you complete a task. Research shows that our 🧠 responds positively to reward stimulus therefore by rewarding ourselves we are creating good habits.
